• Payment details you send: the transaction number and receipt image. We never ask for or store card numbers or account passwords.
• Technical logs that protect the site, such as IP address and request time.

Why we use it

• To fulfil and deliver your order and issue its invoice.
• To contact you about your order, quotation or help request, using the method you chose.
• To protect the site from fraud and misuse.

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Who can see it

• Only the staff concerned, each according to their permissions.
• The delivery company, as far as needed to deliver (name, phone, address).
• Official authorities upon a legal request.

Where it is kept and for how long

It is kept on our servers with protected backups. Payment receipt images are kept in a private area that only authorised staff can reach. We keep orders and invoices for the period required by law, and other data only while it is needed.

The app

The app keeps your name, phone, addresses and order numbers on your phone to make your next order easier. You can clear them from "More → Clear my data from this phone".

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete what the law does not require us to keep.
