Prices and currency

• Prices are in US dollars and shown in Syrian pounds at the exchange rate in effect when you order.
• Prices may change without notice; the binding price is the one when the order is created.

Orders and payment

• An order is prepared once our team confirms payment, unless you chose cash on delivery.
• Each payment's transaction number must be correct and not used before; incorrect notices are rejected.
• The final invoice is issued once payment is complete, and carries a verification code anyone can check on our website.

Quotations

• A quotation is valid for the period written on it, and is honoured at its prices during that period.
• Items marked "after survey" are priced after a site visit.
• A quotation is not an invoice and is not proof of payment.

Shipping and delivery

• Shipping fees depend on the governorate and are shown before you confirm the order.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellation

An order can be cancelled before it ships by contacting us; any payment is refunded by the same method where possible.

Liability

• Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service ordered.
• Products and installation work are covered by our "Warranty and returns" policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Syrian Arab Republic.

Changes

We may change these terms; changes apply to new orders from the date they are published.
